‘The Excorcist’ On Stage!

If you live in Los Angeles, you’ll get a change to see the new stage version of William Peter Blatty’s horrific novel The Excorcist. Taking more of a queue from the novel than the classic 1973 film, this play features Brooke Shields & Richard Chamberlin in the main roles of Regan’s mother & Father Merrin. July 3rd is the start date and it will be running until August 12th and todays news over at Joblo.com claims that if it’s successful in its run, it could be making it’s way to Broadway by the Fall.
Well then, let that pants shitting begin… in person! Make sure you LA-natives get out to the Geffen Playhouse and check out the craziness! And, also, make sure you demand it to see it hit New York City, rumor is Malcolm McDowell(the MAN!) would take over the lead of Father Merrin. Now THAT I would Pay to see…
